DTN COMMENTS:  A light trade is developing in parts of the North at 
midmorning with dressed deals at mostly $175, generally $4.50 higher than 
last weeks weighted average basis Nebraska. A few others are priced at $176 
to $178, these are by Regionals and are set for delayed delivery (the week 
of September 2nd). The South remains relatively quiet at this time. Asking 
prices are around $109 in the South, and $178 to $180 in the North. Beef 
cutouts are expected to be mixed with light to moderate box movement.
